Harmke studied Yoga at Paramanand Institute for Yoga Sciences in India where she also obtained her Yoga Therapy Certification. Her classes are influenced by your needs and based on the styles she studied: Hatha, Ashtanga and Vinyasa Yoga. She shares her spiritual journey of self-expression and increasing peace of mind with a wonderful calm energy. Harmke looks forward to guide you on your journey towards health, peace and happiness!
Harmke is 500hrs Yoga Alliance Certified with Yoga Therapy Certification.

Michaël is a passionate yoga teacher that has developed his own way of teaching over the years. He teaches yoga in the style of Iyengar yoga, Shivananda Hatha yoga and integrates many mindfulness exercises in his sessions combined with QiGong. Michaël also studied at the Paramanand Institute of Yoga Science & Research in Indore, India.
Michaël is 800hr Yoga Alliance Certified teacher with Yoga Therapy Certification.
She is our warm heartedly kitchen princess. With a critical eye she finds the best local vegetables on the farmers' market to create delicious and beautiful meals. As she spends a lot of time in the open kitchen in the villa, she is there when you have any questions.
Sarah van den bergh
Over the past years Sarah has been practicing several yoga styles. The connection and understanding of spiritual practices has allowed her to understand that she creates her own happiness from within. This has helped her to take responsibility for all the challenges that have crossed her path, and she teaches from her heart to give you the tools to do the same!
Sarah is a 200h Yoga Alliance Certified teacher from Tribe-Yoga, India. She focuses on dynamic Vinyasa flow yoga and Meditation.
Diana was born and grew up in the South of Portugal. It didn't take her much time to realize that yoga was an essential part of her life and is dedicated to share her knowledge and passion with the rest of the world.
Her approach has the main focus on breath working, body awareness and deep relaxation of body and mind.
Diana is 400h Yoga Alliance Certification and focuses on Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation.
Silvia studied yoga at the Paramanand Institute of Yoga Sciences & Research in India. During her sessions, she invites the students to go beyond their physical bodies and to surrender to the internal flow of their own energy in order to use their practice as a tool for healing both mind and body, to find inner peace and to reconnect with their own consciousness.
Silvia is a 500h Yoga Alliance Certified teacher with Yoga Therapy Certification. She focuses on Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa flow and Yin yoga with a mindful approach.
After she travelled to India, Giulia moved to Sagres where she feels the surroundings help her to take consciousness of this cast natural space called Universe, and conceive Yoga as a way of living. Practicing on a daily basis helps her to understand body and energy, to increase confidence, creativity and joy of life. With her calm and focused enthusiasm she shares this wonderful journey with her students.
Giulia is 200h Yoga Alliance certified and focuses on Hatha Yoga, Meditation and Pranayama.
