Our small groups (typically 9, max. 12), offer a nurturing environment for individual development. Whether you are a seasoned yogi or just starting your practice, we are passionate about providing everyone the necessary support to progress on their yoga journey.

The morning sessions are crafted to ground and strengthen your body and mind, instilling a positive and empowered tone for the day. In the afternoons, we go deeper into opening energy systems, releasing deep-rooted tension and emotions. This intentional combination, based on our teachers’ backgrounds in hatha, dynamic flow, vinyasa, and restorative yin style practices, coupled with meditation and breathwork, cultivates a sense of balance and joy. The day finishes with a Tibetan Singing Bowl Sound-Healing, Yoga Nidra session, or guided meditation inside the house, around the fireplace. To process your experiences, and ease out of the day, into the silent night.
