Crunchy Asian Salad in a Jar
Easily improve your eating habits with this Salad in a Jar recipe! Just pick it out of the fridge in the morning and you are ready to go!
- For the dressing: 1 tablespoon peanut butter + 1 tablespoon organic soy sauce + 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
- For the salad:
- Shredded cabbage
- Diced red bell pepper
- Chopped broccoli florets
- Shredded carrots
- Any kind of beans
- Chopped peanuts
- Sliced spring onions
- Any kind of green leafy vegetable
- Feeling hungry? Replace the cabbage with quinoa, brown rice or any grain of your choice.
